Intrafocal is a business consulting firm which specializes in strategic consulting, data-driven process design, automation software development and business operations advisory services.
Intrafocal’s consulting services are available in three primary models:
1. Project Model: after an initial scoping discussion, Intrafocal will share a statement of work outlining the nature of the consulting work, deliverables and estimated timeframes and an up-front cost (due at the beginning of the project)
2. Fractional Executive Model: for existing clients only, if additional support is required after the completion of a project or projects, Ben can be retained as a fractional executive for ongoing consultation (typically between 10 and 20 hours per week)
3. Ad Hoc/Limited Engagement Model: some projects may be short-term in nature (a one-off audit, leading in a strategy session, board participation, etc)
